At the recently concluded Power Bangladesh 2025, Beyondsun, exhibiting for the first time, became a focal point. As a leading global photovoltaic (PV) renewable energy company, Beyondsun presented innovative energy solutions to Bangladesh, a country with abundant sunshine but a severe power shortage, offering a new option for the South Asian nation’s energy transition.
Bangladesh has experienced rapid manufacturing growth in recent years, but its power shortage problem has become increasingly prominent. Local factories generally rely on diesel generators as backup power, with generation costs as high as US$0.3-0.5 per kilowatt-hour, severely restricting the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. Beyondsun’s 720W TOPCon modules, showcased at the event, with their groundbreaking power output and superior low-light performance, can significantly reduce the cost per kilowatt-hour, attracting considerable attention from energy-intensive enterprises such as textiles and garment manufacturing.
“This 720W module not only boasts leading power output but also features excellent anti-LID & LeTID technology, perfectly adapting to Bangladesh’s hot and humid climate,” a Beyondsun technician explained to customers at the event. “Its 30-year linear power warranty ensures a high return on investment.” During the exhibition, Beyondsun also established a strategic partnership with a well-known local project developer to jointly launch an integrated photovoltaic and energy storage solution for industrial parks.
Through in-depth cooperation with influential local partners, Beyondsun will provide Bangladeshi manufacturing customers with full-cycle support, from solution design and equipment supply to operation and maintenance services. This debut marks Beyondsun’s official entry into the Bangladeshi market, and in the future, it will leverage its advanced photovoltaic technology and comprehensive service system to help the country achieve its sustainable energy development goals.
